Cancellation Policy
NO SHOW POLICY
If a client is a no show (there was no contact made via phone, text, or email before the appointment) the credit card on file will be charged 30% of the scheduled service amount.
LATE POLICY
An 8 min. late grace period is allowed for all appointments. Once the 8 min. mark hits, you are considered a no show and your CC on file will be charged the 30% fee of your service before rescheduling a future appointment. For example, if your appointment is at 10am, you'll need to be INSIDE the wax suite by 10:08am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We greatly appreciate at least a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Your credit card on file will be charged a 30% cancellation fee if cancelling less than the 24hr notice.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We greatly appreciate at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule an appointment. Your credit card on file will be charged a 30% fee for rescheduling less than the 24hr. notice.
INVALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE POLICY
If your credit card on file is declined to any of the charges mentioned above, an invoice will be sent via email. The invoice will need to be paid before a new appointment is requested. All future services will require a deposit.
